These Terms of Service apply to purchases from the Moonstone Medical Aesthetics online store, operated by Moonstone Medical Group PLLC. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the store policies linked below.

Using our store

Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information and use the store only for lawful purposes. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian. Keep any account credentials confidential and contact us if you notice unauthorized account activity.

Products and product information

We aim to describe products accurately. Packaging, ingredients and manufacturer instructions can change. Review the label supplied with your product and contact us before use if it differs materially from the online description. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Product availability is subject to confirmation.

Health information

Store content provides general product information and does not replace individualized medical advice or establish a patient and provider relationship. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about suitability, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition. Follow product labeling and professional instructions. Any product requiring a prescription or clinical authorization must meet those requirements before fulfillment. Results vary.

Prices, payment and order acceptance

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; we may contact you if an item is unavailable or an order requires clarification. We may decline or cancel an order because of an availability problem, suspected fraud, a material listing error or a legal restriction. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any related charges that no longer apply. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Offers and promotions

Promotions and discounts cannot be combined. Choose the eligible offer you wish to use. Any eligibility requirements or exclusions stated with a particular offer also apply.

Shipping and office pickup

Available delivery methods, charges and estimates are shown at checkout. Our current US economy shipping option is $10, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays. Office pickup orders are generally ready in less than 24 hours. Returns, refunds and order problems

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, except where required by applicable law. This does not limit rights you may have for defective, damaged, incorrect or undelivered goods, or amounts due when we cancel an order. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you visit the store or place an order. Do not include sensitive medical information in an order note or general customer service message.

Website content and outside links

Store text, images and branding belong to Moonstone or their respective owners. You may use the store for personal shopping purposes. Reproduction or commercial use of protected content requires permission from its owner. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; their services and policies are controlled by their operators.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Washington law applies to the extent permitted by applicable law, without limiting mandatory protections available to you. These terms do not add an arbitration requirement or waive your right to bring a claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights associated with an order already placed.
